Transfer Policy


At RuckDigital, we’ve built part our operations system on a white-labeled version of GoHighLevel, enhanced with pre-built automations, forms, funnels, and integrated third-party software/services. Our goal is to provide clients with a ready-to-use platform that accelerates growth and streamlines operations.

Client Responsibility for Transfers

  • All migrations or transfers out of RuckDigital (including website migrations and GoHighLevel transfers) are the sole responsibility of the client.
  • While we provide access to your data and assets, it is the client’s responsibility to handle the migration process unless a separate paid service agreement for migration assistance is arranged with RuckDigital.

What Transfers Include

  • Website Migrations: Your website files, databases, and content will be provided for transfer upon request. RuckDigital is not responsible for configuring these on third-party hosting unless a paid migration service is agreed upon.
  • GoHighLevel Transfers: All data, pre-built automations, forms, funnels, and other assets created in your RuckDigital (GoHighLevel) account will transfer with you.
  • Third-Party Services: Any integrated or third-party tools (e.g., external APIs, licensed software) are not included in the transfer. These services must be reconfigured or re-purchased by the client as needed.

This link is an affiliate code. A portion of the funds generated from this account directly supports veteran business owners, helping them grow through resources, education, and tools provided by RuckDigital.

You have two options for transferring your GoHighLevel account:

  1. Sign up using our affiliate link, and we will migrate your data to your new GoHighLevel account.
  2. Request a full transfer of your existing RuckDigital GoHighLevel account to your email from our backend system.

Either option is available to you, and both ensure you retain your account data and assets.
